Google: Keine weiteren Informationen zum Medic Update

Barry Schwartz von seroundtable.com bat John Müller in einem Google Webmaster Hangout kürzlich, weitere Informationen zum Medic Update, dem Google Core Algorithmus Update vom 1. August, preiszugeben. Müller lies daraufhin verlauten, dass es dazu nicht wirklich etwas zu sagen gebe. Er habe sich bereits mit seinen Kollegen darüber unterhalten, jedoch sei es im Grunde ein Algorithmus Update wie jedes andere auch.

Hier die Antwort von John Müller im Wortlaut:

“Not really.

So that’s something we we’ve looked at together for a while to see what we can tell people about that but essentially these are algorithmic changes as they can happen any time. And it’s not a matter of us saying like the sites of bad suddenly and they need to change but rather things have evolved like things change overall and then that can be reflected in the search results as well.”
